As early as you can — especially for weddings and peak season events. Popular dates fill up quickly, and we'd rather have plenty of time to plan your event properly than rush anything. If your date is coming up soon, still reach out — we'll let you know right away if we're available.

It's a relaxed conversation — no pressure, no pitch. We want to hear about your event, understand what you're looking for, and figure out together whether we're the right fit. From there, if you'd like to move forward, we'll put together clear pricing, plan, and schedule.

Do you travel outside of Metro Detroit?

We serve Metro Detroit and the surrounding area. Travel fees may apply for events beyond long distances — we'll always be upfront about that during your consultation, so there are never any surprises.

What equipment do you use?

Professional-grade PA sound systems and dance floor lighting — the kind of setup that fills a room properly without overpowering it. Everything is tested and ready before your guests arrive. We bring backups for critical components because the last thing anyone needs is a technical problem on a big night.

What if something goes wrong on the day of the event?

We come prepared. Backup equipment, a detailed event timeline, and direct communication with your other vendors means we can handle the unexpected without it ever reaching you. That's part of what you're hiring us for.

Our packages are priced fairly and transparently — we don't inflate costs just to leave room for negotiation. What we quote is what you pay, with everything included clearly upfront. No last-minute add-ons, no surprise fees.

We accept personal and business checks, Venmo and credit card, however there is a 3.25% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
